Thermostat control - Relay or electronic

If you have a car you are converting to motorsport, you often need a simple system that can control the fan. There are several options here. Ex. For example, an electronic control can be used where you set the starting temperature yourself, it can eg measure the water temperature and the oil temperature and if one of them gets too high, it starts the fan.
