This linkage kit replaces the original L - bracket and retainer - clip clutch rod with an upgraded spherical rod design. This allows for full clutch engagement during heavy body and frame flex situations while off road. The factory design has a tendency to bind, not allowing you to get into gear. This kit can be used with vehicles having up to a 3 - in. body lift because it replaces the short factory clutch rod.
