Original 1.8T turbomanifold - High flow

Manifold for mounting org. K04 6 K03 turbocharger with extra flow. As original manifolds to 1.8T often fade when it has gone a few miles. it is almost impossible to weld a manfold back together. Therefore we have this manifold for VAG which is for org. and upgrade turbocharger.

This turbo manifold fits all engine codes running with 1.8T engine such as ex, AGU, AUQ, etc., etc.

The turbomanifolds are with much larger channels with a really fine flow of the exhaust gases. There are distinct differences in size compared to original manifolds. Ca. 35% larger channels. With the large channels of the manifold, you should expect it to be a little harder to screw the manifold on as there is less space for bolts and nuts.

Remember that you will need a new manifold gasket , support bolts (M10x90mm) and mounting kit for 1.8T when replacing this manifold.
