We offer a product designed for users of the BMW E36, which, as we know, is plagued by corrosion of the rear suspension beam. Our product is intended to strengthen or repair and strengthen critical places. These are not ordinary plates, but a specially designed and appropriately bent/pressed set of reinforcements that fit any curves and curves. Depending on the condition of the beam, there may be only a slight need to tap in the rounded places with a hammer (I checked on several beams and each one was slightly different from the others. Time took its toll).

To make your work easier, we have marked in red the places where reinforcements are intended in some photos.

Sheet metal (S355) with a thickness of 3 mm was used to make the reinforcements.

Reinforcement requires welding into the beam.

Laser cut and then bent on CNC press brakes.
