Here you will find banjo bolts for petrol plants etc. These lightweight banjo bolts are of very high quality and have a really good flow through, which is why they are often used by the aerospace industry and other high-performance applications. Qualitec has many different types of banjo bolts for eg oil hoses, petrol hoses etc. They are typically stocked and shipped the same day as ordering.

All of our AN fittings are made of aluminum, with an anodized / anodized multi-color coating that is not only really neat, but also provides the aluminum with optimal corrosion protection.

Note

Banjo bolts are available with several types of threads, both metric and UNF. For example. we have banjo bolts with metric thread:
M8 x1 & M8x1.25 - (M8 = 8.0 millimeters in diameter - The last figure is threaded increase per lap).
or:
7/16 "-20 UNF & 7/16" -24 UNF - (7/16 "= 11,125 millimeters in diameter - The last number is the number of turns per inch (25.4mm)
Since the difference between the two types with the same diameter is very small, it may be advantageous to measure the thread before ordering.

Mounting

Remember to order aluminum gasket rings for banjo bolts. Two pieces are needed for each banjo bolt (one on each side of the banjo eye).
It is advised to use copper rings as aluminum and copper are not a good combination together.
