aFe is proud to introduce the Takeda Axle - Back Exhaust System for the 2008 - 2014 Scion xB with the L4 - 2.4L engine. In recent testing, this system resulted in a max gain of 7 horsepower and 8 lbs. x ft. of torque. This unique over - axle system incorporates a center - mounted dual tip that adds an aggressive and custom look. This muffler - less design gives an aggressive sound at high RPM's, yet maintains a subtle tone at cruising speeds. The exhaust starts out with an OE - style flange and uses 2.5 mandrel bent, 100 hand TIG - welded 304 stainless steel tubing with a brushed finish. To finish off this exhaust system, there are dual 3.5 Takeda laser - etched, rolled - edge, slash - cut 304 stainless steel round tips. This direct bolt - on system requires no modifications and includes all necessary hardware for a hassle - free installation.
